Reservations

• A reservation request is not final until our team confirms the vehicle, pickup point, time, and price by WhatsApp, phone, email, or another clear confirmation method.
• You are responsible for entering accurate pickup, drop-off, hotel, flight, date, time, passenger, luggage, and contact details.
• For airport transfers, you should share flight details when requested so we can plan pickup timing.

Prices and payment

Displayed prices may depend on route, vehicle, passenger count, luggage, pickup zone, waiting time, and seasonal or operational conditions. If the website marks a route as quote-required, the final price will be confirmed manually.

Unless otherwise confirmed, payment is collected according to the method agreed during confirmation. Extra waiting, route changes, parking, tolls, entrance fees, or special requests may affect the final payable amount.

Cancellations and changes

Please notify us as early as possible if your plans change. We may refuse or adjust requests that cannot be operated safely, legally, or within available vehicle capacity.

Passenger responsibility

• Passengers must follow driver safety instructions and local laws.
• You must choose a vehicle suitable for your passenger and luggage count.
• We may refuse unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or impractical requests.

Third-party services

The website may link to WhatsApp, maps, airports, partner tour sites, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We try to keep route, price, airport, tour, vehicle, and availability information accurate, but website content may change and may contain errors. Service confirmation always controls the actual booking.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uchisar Taxi is not responsible for indirect losses, missed flights caused by inaccurate customer information or late arrival at pickup, force majeure, road closures, weather, airport disruption, government action, or third-party platform failures.
