How we operate

We arrange private transfers and related travel services. The website creates a booking request only; a transport contract is formed when our driver confirms it by WhatsApp. No card details are collected or stored by this website, and no payment is taken online. You pay the driver directly, on arrival, in Turkish Lira (TRY).

If you book a bundled package (for example a transfer combined with a tour and/or an overnight stay) it is a package tour (paket tur), and additional package-travel rules and a separate agreement apply.

Consumer dispute resolution

For consumer disputes governed by Turkish law, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) with jurisdiction over your place of residence, depending on the value of the claim. This right cannot be removed by any term of ours.

We are not obliged, and are not willing, to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (§ 36 VSBG).
