This notice explains how we process personal data through this website, reservation forms, WhatsApp links, phone, email, and related transfer services.

Personal data we process

• Identity and contact data: name, phone number, WhatsApp number, optional email, and communication notes.
• Reservation data: pickup and drop-off address, route, coordinates if shared, date and time, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage count, flight number, hotel name, tour details, price, booking source, booking status, and customer notes.
• Website data: search terms entered in location search, page interactions, language preference, cookie choices, device/browser information, approximate technical location data, and security-related records.
• Published media data: uploaded images, image title, alt text, category, location label, and display order.

Why we process data

• To calculate prices, receive reservation requests, confirm rides, assign vehicles or drivers, and provide airport, local taxi, VIP transfer, and tour transportation services.
• To contact you about your booking by WhatsApp, phone, email, or website confirmation pages.
• To keep the website secure, prevent abuse, protect authorized access, improve routes, improve search quality, and measure website performance where consent is required.
• To comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, consumer, transportation, and dispute obligations.

Legal basis under KVKK and GDPR-style principles

Depending on the context, we process data because it is necessary to answer your request or perform a service, because we have a legal obligation, because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable transport website, or because you gave consent for optional cookies, analytics, or marketing-style tracking.

Sharing and international transfers

• Reservation data may be shared with drivers, operations staff, and service providers who need it to complete your ride.
• Our main service providers, some of which are located outside Turkiye, are: Supabase (hosting and database), Meta Platforms / WhatsApp (customer communication), Google (maps, geocoding, route calculation), and Vercel (website hosting).
• When you use WhatsApp links, your message and phone interaction are also handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy practices.
• These providers may process data outside Turkiye. Such international transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK — principally on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as the standard contract published by the Personal Data Protection Authority, and, where applicable, your explicit consent.

Retention

Reservation records relating to a completed service are kept for the periods required by tax and commercial legislation (in principle 5 years under tax law and up to 10 years under commercial law), after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Reservation requests that did not result in a service (for example abandoned, rejected, or cancelled requests) are automatically anonymised after 12 months, and site search logs are deleted after 12 months.

Cookie choices are kept until you change or clear them.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal, and information about transfers or third-party recipients. Under KVKK, data subjects may also use rights similar to those listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698.
